With My weight and height, how long will it take me to get six-pack abs?

I Weight 181 lbs. and im 5’11 feet tall, age 16. so how long would it take me to get those 6pack abs? what exercises should i do and what foods should i avoid the MOST? Thanks in advance

    Here are just a couple examples of ab exercises, it will take time usually near 1-2 months to get visible defined abs, there is no miracle abs that you can get them in 1 week, unless you already have them and can see them somewhat. Okay, the plank, crunches, cross crunches, side bends, leg raises. All these will work out every abdominal and even your obliques/love handles. You should do 20 minutes of these, keep switching through different exercises. Do 20 minutes in the monrning and 10 minutes at night. You should definately stay away from soda, a glass here and there won’t hurt, but just try drinking more water or juice. Stay away from fast food obviously, greasy and sugary foods like candy are also really bad and will slow the process of getting your six pack.     I’m guessing you’re a guy? Your weight and height are healthy, but it depends a lot on the muscle and fat makeup of your body. Is your body pretty solid, i.e. are your arms, legs, and stomach pretty hard, or are they soft? Do you have a lot of fat covering your muscles? To be able to see the six-pack definition, you need to have little fat on your stomach. If you don’t have much fat covering your abs, then you’ll be able to watch your progress much more easily. If you have fat on your tummy, you’ll have to do cardio in order to burn fat all over your body first in order to see changes in the muscle underneath.

    try to eat Lot of healthy food like fruits and vegetables,because if you eat Altot of fruits and vegetables, you will make your metabolism fast also try to have a little run every while, and excersis that you can do are like crunches, try to do them 3 or 4 sets everyday,and try to have some other excersis , and you will get a six pack , just remember , six pack isn’t really hard to get , good luck!
