Eat lean meat and vegetables, no fruits or vegetables and no breads or cereals even if they are complex carbs. Eat none of them regardless what type of carbs- Simple or Complex. Drink lots of water and workout. You’ll get your 6 pack for sure and you’ll notice the fat and inches coming off of your stomach. I guarantee you. Will you do it like I’m doing it right now? I’m seeing my results.

You have to burn the fat that’s covering those abs, so yeah exactly lean protein and vegetables, but don’t miss out on whole grains, and workout : a log of cardio to burn the fat and weight training to get those muscles…I’M almost there too…
