Will this video help me achieve 6 pack abs, if i do it 4 days a week? And how long would it take to get abs?
and how long would it take to get 6 pack abs if i do it 3-4 times a week. And its really hard for me to do it, i get tired after half way. But after i am done its sore for about 5 mins but then it goes away, does that mean that its still building up my abs?

If your sore to any degree then that means it is working. if you do it 3-4 times a week the length it takes to get a six pack would most likely be a month and a half to 2 months(in my case anyway) it takes commitment
