Will i get 6 pack abs by doing this work out?
Hello im 14 i am currently working out fore abs since crunches sit ups strain my back i do too work outs i lay down lift my legs and move them in bicycle motion almost as im riding a bicycle. I also lift my legs to inches raise them to like 6 and then back down with out touching the groud. And any ideas fore upper ab workout?

You shouldn’t worry as much about what exercises you do as much as you should worry about what you’re eating.
Nutrition is about 80% of the battle. 6 pack abs is STRICTLY only a factor of how much body fat percentage you have.
Eat frequent meals (5-6 times a day), protein with every meal, slow digesting carbs except for right after you workout, and drink only water.
Do that and you’ll be on your way. There are a lot of other things you can do but I don’t want to get too complicated.
Also, don’t "run" – it’s a waste of time. Focus on doing high intensity interval training. It’s been tested time and time again as a MUCH better way to exercise than boring old cardio.

If you want to work your ab muscles, the best way is to not isolate them, but to run. Breathe in through your nose, out through and you’ll really feel a burn in your ab muscles. They will be sore the next day.
