Will eating oatmeal help me or hurt me in getting my 6 pack abs?

I’ve been eating oatmeal lately. Also is true that the more ab muscles you have underneath the fat the more visible the abs regardless if you have bodyfat or not?

    Not! Oatmeal is a great food and long as it’s not loaded with sugar. I make oatmeal from scratch, not the instant junk that comes from a pouch.

    If you build muscle all over your body, you will burn off your fat and your abs will show through much better.

    I don’t think so. Oatmeal is one of the complex carbohydrates like yams, potatoes, whole grains and brown rice. Another additional nutritional info I can share to you is to eat below your calorie level (20%) and to spread your meals into five to six meals instead of 3 big ones. Oatmeal is good.
