Will continuing this diet help me get six pack abs?

I’m 13, a Guy, 5’4, 106 pounds.
I want to know if continuing this diet will help me get six pack abs.
Drink a lot of juice
Don’t eat a lot of junk food
Eat protein, ex. chicken, beef, etc…
Drink a little bit of soda a day
Drink low fat milk
Eat veggies and fruits

I want to get a six pack by September. Any help, advice???

    No diet will give you six pack abs. The "six pack abs" are muscles, you need to do muscle building exercise to build muscle, what you eat has no effect.

    To build muscle you also need adult levels of muscle building hormones, which by your age and size you don’t have yet.

    Wait a few years. You can expect six pack abs by the time you are 18.

    The most important part of gaining any muscle for a skinny guy is adding a lot of calories. You should be eating 3,000+ calories daily. And of course, do crunches every day. That’s about it.

    A healthy diet can help you lose weight, but only muscle-strengthening ab exercises (crunches, sit-ups) can give you a 6-pack. Search around for an exercise that works for you. Hope this helps!

    you are still growing… unless you have hit puberty already, it will be hard to develop the six pack. Developing a six pack has alot to do with genetics and amount of body fat you have. You don’t have much from what I can tell based on a weight of 106 and height of 5’4 so I am gonna say that getting a six pack at age 13 is gonna be pretty difficult. You need ot focus on gaining weight. Eating healthy whole grain starches is important as well as fruits, vegetables and protein. YOu could use some healthy fats such as those found in nuts, seeds, fish, avocados. Once you hit puberty your body will change.
    Abs don’t get the ladies…humour does. Every girl loves a guy that makes them laugh.

    the food does actually matter when you are getting a six pack and you shold be eating atleast 5 meals a day if you want a nice big six pack.

    and also i dont think age matters i know a few 11 year old kids that have great six packs
