the biggest hurdle in getting a 6 pack is losing the layer of fat that is over your abs. You can do all sit ups and other ab exercises in the world but they wont make a difference until you can lose that layer of fat.
focus on cardio and most importantly having a good diet.
I bought one years ago….you gotta do other exercises and watch your diet too….it will work if you follow a strict routine…
you can use it.. but u must also eat a good diet, and burn off your body fat…. abs only take 5 – 10 mins a day….
