Why can I only see my 6 pack abs when i flex?

I want to see my 6 pack when im not flexing. Do i need a lot of repetitions (hundreds of crunches)??

Do i need to do ab exercises with more weight?

Will running everyday help?

    eating a low fat diet, cardio to get rid of belly fat and crunches/other ab exercises to tighten and strengthen your abs should do it.

    running will help and add weights to ur sit ups

    i think you need to get your body fat to 10% or below

    more sit ups and more intense sit ups try inverted and with weights
    running or biking will help to tone down the body fat and just in general more crunches and you will see them with out flexing
