Which is the better way to get abs?

Okay regardless of my workout and diet I have 1 simple question. Should I be working my abs everyday with 1 rest day per week? Or every other day? I’ve heard countless stories of being able to work them everyday for better results, but then I hear that you shouldn’t do that.

    First of all, diet is the MOST important thing about abs. Without low body fat, you abs will be non-existent. Work your abs at most every other day. If you work them out everyday, you will not have time for your muscles to rebuild. (You break down your muscles and rebuild them to make them bigger and stronger) It takes time.

    Don’t think too much. Doing ab exercises everyday is good. Because when we excerise the muscles get damaged and take 48 hours to repair((they get bigger and harder). This is why people who excerise have muscles and people who don’t work out don’t have muscles. Your brain realises that more work is required from the your arms or abs in your case. So every time your muscles are repaired they are also strengthened. It’s like bone conditioning martial artists kick hard objects thousand time a day to make their bones stronger. And it does work.

    So, working out every day will get you abs cos your core muscles are regularly being repaired.
    Unless you have an injury or something then take good care otherwise this may hinder you in the future. Also, work at you own level do push yourself but not too hard.
