when trying to get six pack what type of diet do i follow?
I am pretty cut right now without a very strict diet like i dont eat cheese, I dislike mayo, etc. Would I avoid carbs or saturated fats?

When it comes to making muscle, eat your normal diet. Drastically changing the nutrition your body receives can adversely effect your progress. To get a six pack, you just need to work out in ways that target your abs.
