When I start doing weight training, I gain weight. Is it possible I am a fast muscle builder.?

it seems that I build muscle really fast in as much as 2 workouts. I can do cardio and not gain, but as soon as I add weights I gain.

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

Body weight truly is just a number. It’s not always an accurate check of your health. Many women gain overall weight as their body composition changes from say, an unhealthy 35% fat to a better 20% fat, with increased muscle and bone density.
Can you be getting measurable muscle and bone changes in just 2 workouts? Probably nothing significant(1-2 lbs), but you may be drinking more water and being better hydrated than when you were just doing cardio, so that might explain some short term changes.

your building muscle, which is good. Talk to your trainer to see if there is anything you can do to control how much muscle you are gaining

muscle weights more than fat. just continue your work out schedule and you’ll start loosing the bad weight and gain some good muscle weight
