When do you start working towards a six pack?
I’ve been losing weight for two months now and i’ve recently made it a goal to work towards a six pack…or at least get a toned abdomen. I was wondering if i should lose the rest of my weight before i start working on crunches? i’m 5′9 and have to lose about 30-40 more pounds.

i started seriously working on my abs about 3 months postpartum (when I go closer to my goal weight). I still have weight to lose, but I do cardio & a little strength training plus work on my abs (crunches, etc.) good luck!
Isn’t a six pack coke? Who knows? Nobody knows your age.
