depends how bad ur ab section is.. if its just a lil bit of fat n upper abs clearly visible just do some cardio, running n stuff n eat lesser for a lil while.. it’ll burn off the fat.. if u’ve a beer belly dude u got a long way to go..

Lose the fat on top of the 6-pack cuz you could have a bombin’ 6-pack, but how’re you gonna show it with all that stuff sittin on top of it? Make sense? You need to cut out trans fatty foods, k?
Build muscle and do cardio at the same time. Once you master this, you’ll become addicted to the game and won’t want to stop. Then you’ll be on the road to your 6-pack.

Best to reduce overall fat too reveal tone underneath. Spot reduction( loads of sit ups/crunches) won’t have much effect, beat to focus on excersice that burns the most fat. Current opinion is that if you want to shift weight , lift weight. Focus on the bigger musclee groups(legs, chest, back, shoulders) as these will burn the most. Women quite often avoid weights as they don’t want to become muscl bound. It’s actually testosterone that creates muscle growth, and since women have very little they mostly just get toned , not bigger.
