What's the fastest way i can get abs?
I really want abs, but i don’t know how to achieve them. i already do crunches and all that good stuff but they don’t really seem to work. what are some things i should eat, drink etc. By the way im a teenager

run a lot, don’t eat too much salt are drink carbonated drinks because they make you bloated.
crunches aren’t very good for your back and neck and only work the top of your abs, not the middle and bottoms.
you should do 30 regular crunches, 30 with your legs at 90 degree angles in the air, and 30 with your legs crossed in the air. you should also do criss cross curl ups (right arm to left leg) or curls ups with your legs to one side and then the other. leg lifts are very good too. only do these every other day so you dont hurt your back.
you should also do cardio. running and walking burn off fat from your stomach to show abs, and if you eexaggerate the arm movements it strengthens your core. swimming it the best cardio for abs though. make sure youre doing it right. freestyle is the easiest, backstroke also helps, but butterfly is the best for abs (but extremely difficult)
