well, i suppose u should work out such as like 500 pull ups a day

get an excersise ball and do sit ups on it.

put the ball on the ground and center your back on it. while holding yourself with your legs use your core muscles and do 10 sit-ups, keep adding 5 everytime you do another set. i usually limit myself to 50. but depending on your strength you can raise that number. works like a charm.

Situps and crunches are the best, the fastest and the cheapest way to develope, shape and carve out six packs. If you have a tummy, you’ll need to get rid of that first. As there is no such thing as a spot reduction excercise(situps/crunches to lose belly), you’ll need to go for cardio vascular excercises(jogging, basketball, swimming, soccer, anything that makes you sweat) to burn away those extra fats on top of your abs. When thats done, you can start pushing those packs out!

For situps and crunches excercises, You can split up the excercises or sets throughout the day. This is to ensure that your muscles are developing gradually and not pounding 1000 situps and crunches at one go. You would have to suffer in bed the next day because of the strain you put on your abs. Find a thin mat or a towel for you to lie on, for absorbing the sweat and provide support for your back.

Start with 3 simple (sets) of 20(reps) situps with 20(reps) crunches(rest for half a min inbetween each set). Do these 3 sets, 2 times a day(when you wake up and before you sleep) and do it daily. As you get comfortable with the sets, when your abs dont ache that much or tire easily, you can increase the number of sets Or reps as you see fit. You can also hold a weight plate(1-5kg) or something of the same weight and hold it behind your head when doing the excercises. It puts real pressure on your abs. You are in control of your excercises and can edit as you see fit but the basic programme should be kept.

In just a few weeks time, you will definitly see clear results! I wish you all the best in getting the greek god 6-packs that you want, for FREE!!
