    The best way to lose the fat around them and to increase their definition is to eat healthily, exercise regularly and do core exercises like crunches, sit-ups, leg raises and planks.

    Exercise is key. Running or doing cardio is good combined with crunches or ab workouts. A good one to do is the P90x ab workout on youtube.

    Nutrition is the most important variable in getting a six-pack. You can exercise all you want but if you don’t eat healthy your abs wont ever show through.

    Along with this workout make sure you get a good source of protein and eat regularly throughout the day to keep your metabolism up.

    Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables is a good way to fill yourself up and to keep yourself from eating more unhealthy options.

    Also drink lots of water!

    Eat right along with your workout plan and you should have abs in no time.
