Whats the best diet / exercise regime for a good six pack?
I’m a 21 year old male, I’m 5′ 6" and weigh about 9 stone, quite slim, and can kinda see my abs slightly, just wondering what would be best to eat for getting rid of a bit of a beer belly below and what exercise to do without having to join the gym?

First of all, when it comes to your abs, don’t spend any money on all the expensive equipment you see advertised out there. The "Abs Industry" is a billion dollar a year industry, and yet few of us ever see the results that are promised (I actually hurt my back using the Ab Lounge).
There’s a lot of dangerous information out there as well as a whole bunch of worthless and expensive equipment and supplements that promise the world but deliver nothing but frustration and a smaller bank account in the end. Avoid them!
I found a very helpful site that gave me great workouts and diet information specifically designed to help me quickly shrink my waistline and develop six pack abs. It will keep you doing what’s effective, while helping you avoid what doesn’t work. Just knowing what NOT to do will save you time and money in the end and speed your progress. Good luck to you!
Up your protein a bit but you just need a sensible diet eg dont eat heavy foods after 8.00pm blah blah.
To work my abs at home I watch Tv while doing crunches, leg lifts & the bridge which targets everything but I mainly use it for the side obliques as Im too lazy to work them any other way. Every tother night I go bike riding or running.
