whats more important to get your abs to show, a diet or cardio, will you lose belly fat and fat from other places by being on a good diet and lifting weights, do you absolutely have to do cardio to lose weight

    You do not have to do cardio to lose fat. Cardio is a better fat burner while you are actually doing it than weightlifting. But weight lifting increases muscle mass which in turns boos your metabolism. But your diet is essential in getting your abs to show.

    diet is most important. if you are already fit and don’t have excess fat in the area than you don’t really need to do tons of cardio.
