What's better for getting abs fast?
I do about 300 crunches on the machine at the gym. When I try to do crunches on the floor I don’t do as much, but I feel my abs getting more of a work out. Which way would work my abs out more?

Da floo man!! Bop!
You already have abs. You just need to get rid of the fat on top of the abs. Do high intensity cardio. Eat right. and drink lots of water.
If you can feel the burn on the floor i would suggest the floor. When it burns you know you are getting a good workout.
Ignore the nonsense written above, feeling the ‘burn’ means an increased blood flow into a muscle, which is not good or bad, it just means your working out, it has no relation whatsoever with how good a work out is. Now that we have that sorted lets talk abs
300 crunches is all good, but trust me, its not really what you want, alot of crunches is nothing more then a cardio exercise, and you can get better results for shedding fat with high intensity interval cardio (HIIT).
What you want is to add weight to your ab workout routines, look into exercises like Weighted Decline Crunches ; Weighted Leg Raises; Rope Crunches … these can be your starting point but later you can expand. The goal is not to do crazy amounts of reps, the goal is to add resistance to the existing movements so you can really shape those ab muscles…
