I get into push up position, keeping my stomach pulled in tight (sucking in my stomach), I lift one arm up 90% and put back down and lift the arm up 90%. I then stay in push up position and open my legs so it is one foot on it’s toes pass my shoulder and one foot pass my other shoulder then i do the 90% arm lift again and then I go back to push up position and do it again, then i open my legs and do a push up

RUN. start slow, work you way to a mile, and then double it. You need to get rid of the fat. Also, do situps, crunches, and other stuff you can easily look up in the internet to build muscle, which makes the abs.

Cardio exercises such as walking, jogging, running, swimming, jumping rope, jumping on a trampoline, climbing stairs, etc. will help burn belly fat. You also need a good diet in order to lose fat at an effective rate. As to making your abs show, well, we all have abs. So they’ll show if you’re skinny enough. You can also do crunches to help build up your abs. You can do them almost every day, but be sure to have a decent protein intake to help them grow.

    Proper crunch:
    1) Lay on your back, with your feet about 1-2 feet from your body with your knees bent.
    2) Keep your arms crossed over your chest, and place your hands on/near your shoulders
    3) Lift up your upper body until you’re up off the ground, hold it for 3 seconds. (keep your neck/head straight, and you should feel your abs straining a bit)
    4) Slowly lower back down, then repeat step 3 for 9~19 more times.

You should do 10-20 reps of crunches, and do 2-5 sets. So basically, do crunches 10-20 times in a row, rest for 20-40 seconds, then do another 10-20. Be sure you do them correctly and make sure it’s the same number of reps.
