What’s a great ab workout that is guaranteed to work?
I’ve been doing an ab workout for about a month or longer, 3-4 times a week and haven’t seen any results. I feel the burn or workout working while I’m working out, but no results. What’s an ab workout that WILL work??

lay on your back, put your legs straight up in the air, and sit up and reach for your toes, we did it for aerobics in gym class, along with other things on some dvd, all of us girls almost cried at the end of that class. trust me, you’ll feel the burn……
cunches and pull ups do 50 of each every day
20 crunches 3-4 times a week will give you results in about 4 months. It takes time you won’t see results until then.
