What’s a good supplement or muscle builder to maximize muscle growth?
Also, what’s a good workout schedule/strategy? I am looking to lose some weight, and gain a great deal of muscle and am looking for a good workout/diet/supplement schedule?

Milk. It builds strong bones and has protein to build muscle. Besides the many other beneficial vitamins and minerals, it is also much cheaper to buy than many diet supplement products. But, if you do want to buy something with more protein, try whey protein or wheybolic extreme 60. You could buy them at any GNC or other health or workout stores.
Workout 3 or 4 times a week. Weight lifting and running are great muscle builders and keep you fit and healthy.
This one works great.. I have used it myself also and had better results from this one then I have from others.
