Whats a good routine for me to do at home to get a 4 pack?
I’m wondering basically what the question says. I want to have a six pack but I think it’s better for me to get a 4 pack first. So if you
have any suggestions tell me.
If you need this info I’m 5"3 and 106 pounds.
I’m active and healthy. My body fat percentage is 6%.

I can only tell you what worked for me. I personally noticed results after I increased my consumption of monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), which are found mainly in vegetable oils, olives, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, avocados and some other plant foods. I also walk or bike for about one hour @ 5 times/week. From personal experience, I can tell you that it really makes a difference, especially around the belly.
