What’s a good ab workout for a runner and when should I do it?

I’m a sophomore girl who runs the 4×800 and the 800m or 3200m. I want a good ab workout. I am in shape, so don’t be shy to share a hard one with me.

How often a week should I do it? Every day?

    I’m a swimmer.I’ve recently learned that doing butterfly[a swim stroke]helps develops abbs quickly.
    it also develops other muscles.
    you should probabaly swim atleast 3 times a week.
    and if you dont like swimming.you can always do crunches.:]
