Whats a fast way for an athletic girl to get abs?

I am trying to get abs! I work out everyday and I eat healthy. I do about 50 Sit ups a day. Will Crunches or Sit ups give me abs faster? Please help me!

    Try Pilates! After a week I noticed myself getting stronger abs! It is wonderful, but also kind of painful.

    Well instead of just doing crunches or situps, you should other ab excercises to do as well, which target all parts of your abs like the core and obliques.

    The 50 situps a day are good to get you started, but it will reach a point where they’re just not effective anymore because your body will have grown accustomed to them, and it’ll be cake to do em. So look up ab excercises on youtube and do about 20 of each, 6 excercises or 5 total, with no rest inbetween, then rest 1 minute and repeat that set again or 2 times.

    That should hel you get some defined abs because you eat healthy and work out as well, all important. And remember to increase the # of reps or # of sets as you go to keep your abs working harder.
