What would be the best exercise an diet plan to get a six pack?

i am trying to get a 6 pack by april, does anyone have an suggestions on what would be the best exercise an diet plan to help achieve my goal. my waist isn’t that big it’s about a 26 1/2 or 27

    Exercise is pretty self explanatory, lots of core exercises, not just crunches (do leg raises, side bends, medicine ball throws, all that). And of course cardio. You can’t just spot train to lose fat on your stomach. Your body just doesn’t work like that. But as far as food, I gotcha covered.

    Eat little portions, all day long, everytime you’re hungry instead of huge meals. It’s easier to get all the nutrients and for your body to burn off the bad stuff.

    My answer for the best exercise would be the Ab-Wheel, available at wal-mart.
    There are many variations you can do to progress, from the knees, standing with a ramp etc. On this video, you can see a LOT of variations possible, from beginners to most advanced. The ab-wheel works both your abs and lower back extremely hard.

    You can do it about every other day, and the days in between, you could do light abs exercise like crunches or v-ups for example, just to serve as active recovery from the ab-wheel.

    Those exercises will extremely develop big and strong abs, BUT, if you have a lot of body fat, then your abs will stay hidden.

    You need to eliminate that body fat via nutrition, like you said, and OF COURSE, exercises that burn the fat. Nutrition/Exercise are the best combo.

    You can run everyday, do a sport everyday, bycicle everyday, just get moving !
    As for the diet, I wouldn’t tell you to follow a strict diet, if you are used to eat desserts, stop it, if you are used to eat chips/popcorn or any similar snack like these, STOP IT ! Same goes with fast food.
    If you are angry, drink water or eat healthy snack like fruits, vegetable, some nuts.

    I am 100% confident that you will get that 6-pack along with a nice body following this.

    Hard work is key, there are no shortcuts. Don’t let anything stand in your way !!

    Eat whatever you want whenever you want. Just make sure to do 200-500 sit-ups or crunches or variations of those.
