What type of foods and excersise should I be doing to develope six pack abs?

I’m close to having a six pack at the moment but I’m having trouble getting rid of that last bit of stomach fat. I’m just wondering in general what types of foods I should be eating for meals and what not to be eating and some excersises I should be doing. Thanks all!

I’m facing your exact same goal right now. Im getting there, and have a nice toned chest, and awesome biceps. So it’s safe to take advice from me. Oh yeah, i’ve spoken to trainer too before. You gotta have 3 meals a day, and 3 snack between meals. You should have a protein, fat, carbs in each meal and snack. Avoid "crinkly wrapper snack foods." Drink regular water with ever meal and snack. Your diet should look like this….

    Breakfest.
ornage juice, oatmeal, 2 or 3 egg whites, orange

    Snack.
yogurt, a banana, handfull of peanuts

    Lunch.
    (grilled) chicken wrap

    Snack.
yogurt, fruit & grain bar., handfull of peanuts

    Dinner.
grilled salmon, or grilled chicken, brown rice, vegetables.

White rice and white bread forms sugar and codes your stomach after you digest it. So stick to brown rice and whole wheat bread.

When you work-out, don’t work-out the same muscle 2 days in a row. Your muscle needs to rest the day after you work-out. Your work-out schedule should look like this….

    Sunday. chest, and back
    Monday. cardio, abs and legs
    Tuesday. day off
    Wenesday cardio, chest, biceps, triceps
    Thursday. abs and legs
    Friday chest and beck
    Saturday. Day off
Just be carefull who you take advice from. Don’t take advice from anyone with a gut. They don’t know better.

Keep the calories down, the quality up. And then … medium cardio and hills. Not fast, but just to the point where you can barely carry on a conversation. You go too fast, and you don’t work the fat, but rather the calories in your blood stream from your digestion. Slow down to needing to breath and slightly gasping, and you are most likely working the fat.

Remember, you can’t spot reduce. If you have fat, you need to work the whole body. The six pack is the result of toning, not weight loss. The biggest and fastest result is going to be the whole body moving constantly, but the least should be the legs – the biggest machines in the body.

the following diet might help you.

Morning: Egg Whites 12 or more along with 600 ml of protein shake.

After Noon: 1 grilled chicken along with some bread which is low on calories.

Night: 1 grilled chicken along with protein shake.

This diet should be followed along with 5-6 hrs of workout daily.

Keep away from junk food. Especially soy. Alcohol etc.

    Take up coconut oil.

But to lose that last ounce of flab… put more exercise into it.

Take it up to 4 hours a day to get rid of that flab and be near 0% body fat. If you can join a muay thai or boxing club, or something like that
