What should I be doing to get 6 pack abs?

Alright, I have no idea what I should be doing. I try sit ups
and air bicycles, but I feel no pain. What should I do?
Dont worry about the running. I am in
cross country(a running sport). I run at least 5 miles
a day if the coach is in a good mood.

I was in the same situation and I got great abs and fine muscles using Six Pack Abs

How many are you doing? You may try adding doing sit ups while hugging a 25/35/45lb barbell plate. Or, you can buy a set of ankle weight to wear while doing leg crunches.

The thing is.. if you have enough bodyfat on you, you will never see your abs… even if you have perfect abs. You need to keep your bodyfat down by doing cardio 30 mins a day.

Oh and the yoga ball is also a good idea… just make sure to do proper sit ups or else you could hurt your back.

    Good luck

running also works your abs. or just do more situps and air bicycles

There was a similar question to this so I’ll repeat it here.

It’s the fat loss and nutrition that is the secret to six pack and ripped abs. Lowering your body fat via nutrition and your swimming will show your abs naturally. Maintaining it requires regular crunches, not the other way round. That is, you don’t do abs exercises to get ripped abs. It’s the nutrition.

If you get your body fat down, your abs will show. Just doing abs exercises without lowering your body fat will never result in ripped abs…

I do bicycle crunches and a yoga pose called the boat. Works for me.

honestly sit ups, push ups, and crunches are the best for abs. Also get one of those big yoga balls because when you but your back on it the like arc your back forms will help you better while you do your workouts.
