What kind of cardio should i do to get abs?
im a young teen, 150 pounds, i eat a good amount of protien, and i work other muscles as well.
im mostly wondering what cardio workouts i should do to make them more tone because they are very strong and big but now i want to know how to tone them.

Maybe you just need to experiment. Do trials with biking or running for a month each to see which one yields the best results. You don’t seem to weigh much. Maybe some people have a genetic predisposition to show musculature more than others, like endomorphs, ectomorphs, and mesomorphs. Also, check your body mass:fat ratio.
