what is the quickest way to get a 6-pack abs?

It took me years to get my six pack abs. I was so upset and angry at myself and my body, I tried so many instruments and methods until I found the one that was right for me
I work out everyday but it looks embaressing when my stomach sticks out. I am not fat I just want a 6-pack ab which really shows that you are musculer. Any ideas.

I used to have a chubby tummy when I was 12
Apparently a school camp involving spa and water slides were coming up.
I was afraid that all the people (mainly girls *wink wink*) would see my flabs.
So I just started working out, by sit ups!
What i did was, i slipped my feet under the couch or bed, bent my knees slightly and just did sit ups.
I did around 250 a day for probably 6 days a week for two or three months without stopping.
By camp, i had a flat stomach and if i tensed, four of my abs stood out.
So yeah…
After that ive just been doing hard out sports and now ive got a visible 6 pack… which earned me respects at swimming pools and beaches…. and in boys changing rooms ==" LOL
Note. Go for runs reguarly, this will help with building muscles. It also burns fat, strengthens ur core and in this case, help ur abs stand out

Make a stop at the beer store and hardware store and buy a six pack and some duct tape. Next tape the six pack to your stomach.
excercise :O haha just kidding, do about 200 crunches a day, thats what i do for conditioning for karate, and I have a four pack, but I’m getting there…

well first off, you should not work out everyday, you need to workout every other day to rest your muscles so you dont jack em up
second, just do sit ups and hold a weight while you do it that will help
dont even bother doing loads of crunches. start by cutting calories out of your diet and doing some cardio. once that layer of fat is gone start doing ab workouts to help really show off your hard work
a 6-pack doesn’t show that you are muscular. having large muscles shows that you are muscular.
one little-known fact is that no matter how big your abs get, if you have a layer of fat over them, they won’t show. YOU HAVE TO GET THAT FAT OFF! just do a lot of running, eat healthy, and lose that fat, along with abdominal excersizes. THEN they’ll show up!
exercise your core alot, sit ups, running, biking, hiking, climbing, all of that.
dont just work out you have to eat healthy also just dont rush build up everyday do a little more dont work out too hard at one time
ok if you are not fat or chubby at all and it is the GUT that is sticking out (lol) then…..you should do weighted crunches
dont workout everyday or else you will just tear your muscle down too much….
what i do is abs today….tomorrow i will work on my arms……then the next day i will work on my legs…..this way i give each part of my body a rest of 2 days whilst working them out to the max each day without destroying my muscles
just do weighted crunches in low reps…then do regular crunches the next time in high reps so your abs will come out as a nice packed square not a hill looking lump
The first thing I would do is to see if my body mass number is correct.
This is a ratio of height to weight. I don’t think you will see the six-pack if you are a heavy weight.
