the first step is to get off of yahoo…
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
Okay I’m not sure if your a girl or a guy….but not eating is definitely not going to get you a 6 pack. You need to work out and eat healthy. There are lots of things you can do just at home to help define your abs. Like crunches. You can search online for other ways. But do many different exercises, not like 2, because you want to get every muscle. And don’t exercise non-stop because you will be in so much pain. Hope I helped.
Abs are a sign of your body’s overall tone and fitness. Abs will not appear unless your body is, all around, in better shape. Start lifting weights. Work on your back, shoulders, chest, arms, legs and pay special attention to your back. I find a great way to do all of this in an inexpensive and mind-opening way is through yoga. You are gaining muscle and flexibility by supporting your own body weight.
Abs are not easy to attain. It will require a whole exercise regime. But no worries, after a couple of weeks of working out, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t always been doing it!
If you are eating less protein then you will lose muscle mass and shrink your abs. Try eating more protein and doing core work outs.
drink LOTS of water
just like the person before me said
u have to work out your entire body because the abs are the core of everything and overall wellbeing
