A really good diet and exercise program. I know that the one below has been so successful and I can see why. Actually, the guy who runs it is a certified trainer and nutritionist so I reckon he knows what he is talking about!
the battle for a 6 pack is fought in the gym and won in the kitchen. obviously do many different ab workouts (if ur gym has an AB COASTER, id recomend including that. its a good machine despite the terrible advertising.) build more muscle, each pound of muscle needs 50 calories a day. if u run, do it 2-3 days a week at no more than 3 miles a day. if you do more, your body will eat away at your muscles for energy more than your fat. (this is the reason for the size difference between sprinters and distance runners.
