What is the fastest way to get a flat tummy?

i’m dieting and everything and doing an exercise plan 3x a day and i can’t do cardio, cuz i’m recovering from an ankle/knee injury that caused me to be on crutches for 10 days and so i can’t run or elipticise and i need to get a completely flat tummy fast, i want to lose 21 lbs, i think i weight normal, so i need to have an intense workout to lose the weight. I’m in school, so i don’t have the time to do long anything and i’m saving money for a trip so i don’t have any money to spend, help me get to my goal of 100 lbs! Ps. i weigh 122 and an almost 14, so if that helps any?!? and i need to get slimmer thighs and i tighter butt. i need my tummy flat in like record time, so it has to work fast, i know nothing works overnight, but i need it to, any suggestions would help!

    Lie on your back and put ur hands behind your head. touch one elbow to the opposite knee (have them meet in the middle) do 50 reps of this then switch to the otherside.
