What is the easiets and most effective ab workout?

I would like to know what the easiest and most effective ab workout. I really don’t like to to crunches becaues it hurts my back.
And how do I get rid of love handles?

    I agree with the previous answer, but there are other things you could do besides crunches. One of them is get in a position as if you were going to do a push up, and put your elbows and hands on the floor, while keeping the rest of the body in a straight line. Try standing like that for a minute – at the end you will really feel your abs. There are also other options such as sitting on your butt while keeping your legs straight off the floor and your back off the floor as well. You can add a weight and do a scissor motion with your legs while passing the weight from one hand to the other. One tip – tuck your belly button in at all times.
