What is the best way to get chizzled 6 pack abs and pecs?

If only it was as easy as doing a couple of hundred sit-ups a day… All men have a six-pack, the problem is many of us are hiding it under a wobbly layer of fat. Your first mission should be to do lots of cardiovascular exercise to get rid of your unsightly stomach. If you achieve this, your perfect abs will take care of themselves.

most girls i know dont like the classic tanned and muscular. im sure you look fine as you are, i just recoment burning off the flab
Lose any fat you have on you first by doing aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, biking or swimming.
If you don’t have any stomach muscles showing, it’s because you have fat, and the only way to get rid of the fat is aerobic exercise.
Then tone them up with crunches. Various kinds also. Like straight crunches, then touching your elbow to the opposite knee. Then do reverse crunches (lying face down on a bench and then raising yourself up). This is very important as it works on your stomach somewhat but also works on your back which prevents injury and gives a good support to strengthen you stomach muscles even further.
