You have to some crunches for about 15minutes and day, three to four times a week. Start off slow and work your way up, and also challenge yourself. If you find that the work out is getting too easy increase the amount of reps or sets you do. Also do your cardio and eat right, when doing the cardio. Make sure you do it about three times a week or more, for about 30minutes a day, and eat right. And you know what means, lean meats, foods high in protein, and low on the calories and fat. Good Luck and I hope you get that shredded mid-section!

    Crunches
Leg lifts(lay on your back and lift your feet in a almost 90 degree angle)
Bicycle kicks(lay on your back and lift both feet in the air and simulate a bike)
    Side bends(with or without weights)

you already have abs- they are just hidden by a layer of fat. You need to reduce your body fat. The most effective way is a combination of both cardio and strength training. Perform some typme of cardio activity 5-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes and accumulate 90 minutes of strength training over 2-3 days during the week. Also be sure to eat a balanced diet.

Diet is 70% of losing weight. Once you lose weight, your abs start showing. Meanwhile, just doing a variety of crunches will start building the muscle for more definition.

I’m a former competitive bodybuilder and I know all about this. And, as a Raw plant based chef, I see people losing tons of weight, in NO time, by eating a Raw plant-based diet. Try it and see for yourself.

    Cheers!

Crunches and core exercises and cardio…you can have great abs, but if they’re covered by a layer of fat no one can see them.

well I’m working on mine and I see definition coming…

Its best to do when you first wake up( idk why but supposedly you burn more calories and stuff) anyway I do is like 100 crunches you can break it up if you need to then I do sit ups as much as i can then do push-ups then 50 more crunches then another round of sit-ups. you can use a bar of some sort and put it on your back and start doing twists…then for the lower I sit on my but/mid low back and lift my legs towards my mid section. Just start off slow and then add to the reps look into Arnold’s body building book has alot of good workouts…and eat less to lose weight b/c everyone has abs but they are covered in a layer of fat…
