What is the best way to get a six pack while running 20 miles a week? ?
I’ve tried many excercise routines to try to get a six pack and flat abs. They all neverseem to fully work. Now i am running cross country, and I believe now is the right time to get a six pack. What is the best way to do so? and fast?

eat less…forget about running giving you abs..dieting will
find a liquor store 10 miles away from where you start your run. Get there buy a six pack and run back home.
sit ups
Stop at the liquor store and ask for a 6 pack, that should do it.
any shop that sells liquer on ure run should sell 6 packs as well as spirits.

okay try tightening your stomach while running ow and have you tryied the bicycle crunch because it does work i mean i dont know how fast your planning on getting a six pack but the bicycle crunch works … you lay on the ground like normal then you crunch up like normal but you also have your legs bent up at an angle like you are sitting in a chair on the ground and every time you crunch up you also rotate kicking your legs out
if you run alot…em pretty sure you are burning fat then building mussle, well you do gain leg mussle… but a six pack, you’ll be too skinny with all the running, you can’t get no six pack
any beer distributor can get ya a six pac…
Run faster, eat healthier and do a hell of a lot of Core work.

but seriously…Eat less sugary fatty foods and drink lots of water protein helps to…oh and yes sit ups help but if you have to much body fat you can’t see your abs(which you may already have
) so diet helps more…
