What is the best way to get a six pack fast, and are you supossed to workout abs everyday?

You need a Low body fat percent like under 10% Also you have to work them out alot and doing Ab workouts wont burn fat just make the muscles so no point in doing the workouts if you cant see the abs so Eat less junk food,More food rich in vitamins,Protien,fiber,Also start running doing aerobics,ect to loose the fat first then work on abs.
Mate you need a very low body fat % to have visible abs… down to 6%. So you are not there yet in terms of dieting. It really is very difficult to get body fat that low for some of us. You need to control your carb intake to about 2/3 of a fist per serve and never have carbs without protein… and take your carbs in the earlier part of the day instead of late. You shold try to eat something every 3 hours… .never any junk food… never soda.
For abs development like any other muscle they need to rest. so every second day at the most frequent… and also work your lower back.. dont just do the front side.
dicipline = results… yes, working out everyday will give you better chances of having them.. at lest two sets of crounches 2 hours after any meals
