an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Depends on where you’re starting from. The fastest way is going to be diuretics and heavy steroids, but you shouldn’t do that, hehe. If you’re already pretty thin, just lose some more fat and do some crunches to make them stick out a little more.

  • Andy G says:

no idea, but id imagine sit ups is the only way or something similar like crunches, but i dont know cos i,d rather enjoy me take aways than go to the boring gym

  • Danielle M says:

running and doing crunches, probably like 500 a night… or start at like 250 a night and work your way up.

  • ste l says:

it depends on how much fat you have around you’re abs.
if you have a lot of fat covering your abs you can do sit ups till the cows come home and see no difference you would have to cut the fat first by doing lots of cardio /running swimming etc.
    and eat the right foods.
if you are not over weight then you can develop your abs in a month
try a gym ball to do you re sit ups and crunches. A good one
is lie on you re back with legs straight and try to hold them 3 inches
off the ground you will really feel it. don’t forget to strech after.

You are going to need to do two things:
    1) Lose as much fat as possible.
    2) Make your abs as thick as possible.

Fact: your diet is responsible for 75% of your progress. Exercise and lifestyle comprise the other 25%.

This means strict hardcore dieting and moderate exercise; or strict hardcore exercise, lots of sleep, and moderate dieting. I would choose hardcore dieting if I were you.

    Follow this advice: http://www.projectswole.com/weight-training/follow-these-10-rules-to-get-shredded/

Lift weights at least 3 times per week. The most important factor will be abdominal training. You must not do sets of 20+ crunches. Add weight to every single set of every single exercise that you do so that you can only get between 5-10 reps. This will build thickness in your abs. Train abs first in each workout or train them in a separate workout on your days off from regular training.

Don’t just do crunches. Crunches are whack. You need to do full sit ups, v-ups, jack knives, planks, russian twist, and any other difficult ab exercise. Ask someone that boxes or trains for mixed martial arts for a real ab workout.

Add an acai berry supplement to your daily regimen. It’s a superfood, antioxidant, fat burning phenomenon. An excellent supplement to use for the rest of your life.
