What is the best way to get 6 pack abs fast?

im hoping to get a 6 pack in 60 days or less
im not fat but i do have a belly
i eat a lot of junk food too
what exercises should i do
and whats food should i eat?

    Tred mill, crunches, 2 mile run a day. and a good well balanced diet..

    Excerises. Do HIIT Cardio. Really effective at presevering the muscles you have and at the same time burning the fat.
    Weights wouldnt hurt either.
    Though 60 is kinda of a short time period. Realistically it would be longer

    A good way to go is eating salad.
    I find Salad w/ranch is my favourite.
    Add chicken breast pieces to it and its fricken delicious!
    And when you feel hungry, drink lots of waters or beverages. It tends to fill me up pretty fast.

    I can only suggest what worked for me. I lost 70-odd lbs, 10 dress sizes, and have kept it off for 7 years now.

    EXERCISE
    Do a half-hour or more of cardio at least 4x a week.
    Weightlift 3x a week. The weight lifting will help a LOT. Make sure you target your abs, too.

    FOOD
    Cut out simple carbs: No white breads, white pastas, potatoes, white sugar, white rice, candies, sodas. Replace with brown versions or legumes.

    Cut back on fatty red meats and processed meat products.

    Up your veggies to 6-11 servings daily.

    Eat plenty of lean protein, 2-3 servings daily – fish, white chicken, shrimp, crab, turkey, tofu.

    Track your diet with fitday.com or thedailyplate.com to make sure you’re not overeating.
