what is the best way to gain that 6-pack abs in the shortest possible time?

i got fat belly and want to eliminate this stuff out for good.. what is the best and fastest way to burn and loose this fats and hav the six pack on track? w/o taking any pills and buying those stupid ab work on commercial tv.

    Take a piece of paper and cut out a six pack..Then go tanning with the six pack on your stomach! You’ll have the outline of a sixpack :P

    ..That IS the quickest way

    LOTS of cardio. you first want to lessen the amount of fat covering your abs. all the crunches in the world won’t help if you have too much fat covering them!
    you’ll also want to do tons of crunches and other ab exercises. try looking online for different varieties.
    remember to drink lots of water.

    you hav to lose weigh to get a 6 pack.
    because if u eliminate the body fat overall then u will lose the fat on top of ur stomach muscles.
    if u lose the weight then u will c a 6 pack. to make it more visable then u just need to do ab exercises like sit ups.
    dont buy those things on commercial, there a waste of money.

    Eat healthy, exercise as often as possible, and I’m sure you’ll be fine! I do this everyday, I don’t even try anymore and I already have a 6-pack! I have to stop this though! It doesn’t look right on my stomach! Maybe on your stomach it would, but I’m going to tone it done a bit to a 2-pack!

    you should run to lose the fat on your stomach and then do abdominals right after that. A good ab workout to do would be … doing 20 pushups then 30 crunches then 20 pushups again then 40 crunches until you get up to 60 crunches and then go back down to 30 crunches with 20 pushups in-between. do this conseculatively and it works alot.
