What is the best way to build a cut chest and 6 pack abs?

I am not a person who has been working out and would like to know what I could do to start building my chest and ripping my stomach?

    to get 6 packs and alot of cuts.. first you must lose all your body fat.. that is by joining a gym and going on a strict low calorie diet..less carbs( time your carbs) carbs are for energy so consume as much as you need.. any extra will be converted to fat, No fat and a protein rich diet.. eat less but eat about 6 times a day..workout hard, to get the cuts you have to do more repsin your exercise.. once you have lost all ur body fat you can built your muscles and increase your muscle mass and get the perfect look..

    Well yeah a lot of this depends on your nutrition I’m not sure cutting your carbs will do the trick I prefer you choose low glycemic index carbs but other then nutrition you have to exercise correctly, I divided the importance of eating right 50% and exercising correctly 50%, means you can’t get the results you are looking for without both of them, if your serious about it and this is your goal, I suggest you go check out my website for great exercise videos and nutrition tips in:
