What is the best way for me to get 6 pack abs?

I am 16 years old.
I am 6′1" and about 155lbs
I dont have much of a diet, i eat whatever i want, or whatever i like.
I have a fast metabolism.

Please help me. what is the best way for me to get 6 packs abs without going on much of a diet. what is the fastest most efficient way to get abs?

    Dont drink beer and do more sit ups on a slant work bench. Do 2 sets of 100 ad day for 3 months and see the result. Guaranteed

    I guarantee you this is how you do it, short simple answer. Curl-ups and lots of them if you want a more dramatic/faster effect do evavated curl-ups
    (Just on a slope) Do them before you go to bed and keep doing them untill is burns like holy he|| and then do 30 more. In a matter a week or two you’ll have you six-pack guaranteed.

    Really, there’s no fast way. Training is obviously a must, and lots of it, but if you really want the best results I suggest you start a stabilized diet. Start out slow with training and build up as it feels comfortable to you.

    do alot of stomach excersizes like crunches, sit-ups, planks, etc
