What is the best exersies for ripped defined sixpack abs?

Right now i am doing push ups, sit ups, crunches, leg raises ETC. Is there a even better exercise than most? or will what i am doing give me ripped abs??\

    I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!

    Also to tone muscle, make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue

    well i don’t remember but there wee twenty one exercises in a you tube video for 7 minutes and you would have six packs in 3 months
    i am really strict to proteins so make sure you are away from them

    Buy a medicine ball and look up exercises to do with them. They are killer!
