What is the best and quickest way to get a flat stomach?
I have been doing around 100 to 200 sit ups daily and have also been doing the Hula Hoop for about 45 minutes a day but this has not been everyday.
I’ve also been on a diet and I’m keeping track of everything that I eat.
I am going on holiday in two weeks and just want my flat stomach back before I go but it doesn’t seem to be going down.
Can anyone help with a quick way to do it?

I have actually been doing the sit ups and the diet for a while now and I have been holding my stomach in while I’m at work, I’ve been doing this for a while.
Does it actually work?
