What is the best ab workout in your opinion?
im 16 and i’ve been doin some ab workouts
but what in your opinion is the best ab workout
it can be a complete set workout eg: 3 minute ab workout, or it can just be one exercise eg: crunch, plank, superman, what ever there is.

Leg raises for lower abs (They work really well!!!!)
I also use a piece of equipment called an ab roller, where i’m on my knees and the ab roller is on the floor with my hands on it and I use all my ab muscle to roll down and roll back up. It woks out everything.
Also I do sit-ups, bicycle, and side situps
go to youtube and try the 8 minute work out i have been doing it for 3 weeks now and its made a huge improvement
