What is the average length of time for a pot belly to go to 6 pack abs assuming everything is right?

My bodyfat is 17% I’m not fat but have a pot belly. How long in days, weeks, months before I can see a potbelly go to a 6 pack or at least a flat stomach. How long before I can expect to see a huge difference? Can you do interval cardio training everyday or should it be like 3 times a week?

    nearly a month to see d diff.to get rid of flab u need to workout a lot n take fat busters

    rule number 1 = NO BEER!
    rule number 2= no sugar
    rule number 3= no white carbs only wholemeal
    a little fat is aloud

    exercise for an hour a day, focus on ab crunches, youtube has many videos for intense crunches

    if you stick to this then you will be sure on your way to a six pack within 2 to 3 months, oviosly the longer you train, and the less carbs more protein you eat the faster the results!
