		<description>Abs are SO tricky...you need have to no excess weight on you for abs to show...plus, crunches don&#039;t allow you to hyperextend which is important..try doing crunches on a exercise ball so when you go down all the way you are creating more of a distance for the muscles to overcome...look at this machine:

Also, try working the obliques too rather than just the rectus abdominis. Do some pocket-pickers, planks, bicycles,...you can look those up too, I&#039;m sure you can find examples ;)
