what is the absolute fastest and easiest ways to get abs?
I’ve done a lot of crunches and I know eating healthy is a big part of it, but are there any amazing excercises that will get me there quicker that dont involve need of any equipment?

Abs are SO tricky…you need have to no excess weight on you for abs to show…plus, crunches don’t allow you to hyperextend which is important..try doing crunches on a exercise ball so when you go down all the way you are creating more of a distance for the muscles to overcome…look at this machine:

Also, try working the obliques too rather than just the rectus abdominis. Do some pocket-pickers, planks, bicycles,…you can look those up too, I’m sure you can find examples

abs are made in the kitchen. avoid all sugar, balance your carbs and protein intake. continue training your abs switching the excercises you chose often. Do some kind of cardio at least 3 times per week.
