    the best way is to exercise- a combination of weights and cardiovascular work outs.
    And an improved diet!

    simple works most of the time!

    Hit the Gym and talk to a personal trainer, or go talk to the biggest guy in the gym and ask for pointers :) Its kind of hard to show you what you can do via internet, and dont worry guys with really nice abs normally arnt shy at all about braging on them for hours and telling you how they did it :P

    The best way to lose weight and get a 6 pack is to either excersise, or run to the liquor store and grab a beer, LOL. Try doing upper body excersises, like pull-ups and sit-ups, they will help you lose belly and gain some abs while your at it.

    just give away those hotdogs and humburger, eat lightly at least 3 hours before going to bed, and exercial 10 minutes more your abs

    There is no quick way. The best way is to cut all carbs, lose weight till you are slim, and do an extraordinary amount of sit ups, all day long-thats how I do it……KECK

    extremely simple….
    eat – protein rich and low fat and carb. diet..
    run – start with warm up…then gradually jog slowly..and in 2 weeks start running..when u start running….
    do am alternate exercise…i.e 90 sec run then 90 sec jog…this ensures max fat burn out…
    after this do crunches…also called sit ups..

    Eat right and exercise. remember this. the first duty of losing weight is to gain the strength of mind to do it. The second duty is to stick with it just as a caring man would stick with his sweet lovable curvy wife no matter what. Good luck and much wisdom.

    go on a diet
    excercise 2 hours a day all cardio
    do 1000 crunches a day.
